All page programming included. • Monthly updates (up to 30 minutes) to keep your site current. • Registration of the website with the major search engines. WHAT DO I DO NEXT? 1. After you decide to use our services, we will send you an Agreement for your signature, and a "Design Questionnaire" that will help you decide what elements you would like to include on your new website. An invoice will be sent to you through PayPal for the first two month's fee. 2. Our design team will then prepare a Content Outline of the site for your approval, based on the information you provided on the Design Questionnaire. This outline will list each site page and its proposed content. 3. At that same time we will research available domain names appropriate for your business, and will provide a list for your selection. Upon approval we will register the desired name. 4. Upon approval of the Content Outline you can start sending us the content for the site...images, logos, and text files. We cannot start building the actual site until we receive all of the content material. 5. We will then assemble all of the pages and submit them to you for a pre-launch review. You may make desired revisions at this time. This phase will take approximately ten days from the time we receive all of your content material. 6. Our team will now make any requested revisions and finalize the website. Upon your approval, the site will be activated for public viewing within seven days. WE KNOW YOU WILL BE PLEASED WITH YOUR NEW CUSTOM DESIGNED WEBSITE Our site designers are experienced professionals who will make sure you are completely satisfied with your new website. There will be a number of opportunities for you to review the site's content and appearance as work progresses. This is your site. You are part of the creative team. We know you will be completely satisfied with the final result. THE FINE PRINT All payments are due by the tenth of the following month. An early termination fee of $300 applies if the program is cancelled within six months of sign-up. Additional pages, or other special affects, may be added at any time.
